An outdoor wedding in Sarıyer, beneath the trees

The ceremony on the grass, dinner in the garden, breakfast from the farm. We take a limited number of dates.

Why here

The kitchen and the garden are both ours

At most outdoor venues the space is rented, the food arrives from elsewhere, and the couple sleeps somewhere else entirely. Here all three sit together. Our own kitchen cooks the menu, some of the vegetables come from our garden, and you can stay in the bungalows afterwards.

Choosing an outdoor wedding venue in Sarıyer

Sarıyer is among the most sought-after districts in Istanbul for an open-air wedding. The range runs from Bosphorus-view venues to the forest and shoreline around Kilyos, and price and capacity vary sharply across it.

Three questions make the decision easier: where does the food come from, what is the plan if it rains, and is there anywhere for guests to stay.

At most venues those three answers involve three different companies. Here they sit under one roof, which takes the coordination off you.

The shape of the day

The ceremony is usually set on the lawn among the trees. The hour before sunset gives the best light there, and it's the slot most couples ask for.

Dinner follows in the garden, seated. We build the menu with you around the season and your numbers, and what's on the plates includes produce from our own garden.

When the night ends you can stay in the bungalows. Six of them usually covers the couple and their closest guests.

The next morning a farm-to-table breakfast is laid for anyone still with you — it tends to work like a second day.

Capacity, menu and the rain plan

Capacity depends on which spaces you use and how you seat them. Share your numbers and date and we'll work out the layout together.

The food is prepared by our own kitchen; we don't take outside catering. That's part of how the place works, and we plan the menu with you.

Every wedding is planned alongside an indoor alternative. Weather on the Black Sea coast turns quickly, so we work that scenario through when the date is confirmed.

Which months work for an outdoor wedding

May to October is the comfortable window for garden-led weddings. In July and August the afternoon heat decides a great deal, so ceremonies usually move to early evening.

September carries the heaviest demand — it's the most balanced month for both weather and light. Those dates go early.

May and June are quieter while the garden is at its fullest. For budget and availability together, it's often the best stretch of the year.

How far ahead to plan

Because we take a limited number of dates, a few months ahead is sensible. Late summer and September in particular close early.

For a first conversation, numbers, an approximate date and the shape you have in mind are enough. If you'd like to walk the spaces, weekdays are easier to arrange.

For other kinds of gathering see the events page, and for birthdays and smaller celebrations the birthday page.
