Events

An event space in the middle of the countryside

From open-air weddings to company days, birthdays to yoga retreats — the garden, the kitchen and the courts are all on the same site.

Why here

All of it in one place

At most venues the food arrives from outside, the space is rented and anyone staying over is somewhere else entirely. Here the kitchen is ours, the garden is ours and the bungalows are ours. That makes it far easier to plan a whole day — one that opens with breakfast, carries on across the courts, and closes in the garden.

The lawn event area and its surroundings

Choosing an event space in Sarıyer

The most overlooked question when choosing a venue is how many separate companies you'll end up dealing with. When the space comes from one, the food from another and the accommodation from a third, the coordination lands entirely on you.

Here the kitchen, the garden and the bungalows belong to the same operation. That makes both the planning and any changes on the day considerably easier.

The second question is weather. On the Black Sea coast the wind decides more than the temperature does, and a plan without an indoor alternative is a risk.

The occasions we host

Weddings and engagements use the lawn among the trees — the detail is on the weddings page.

Birthdays and private parties are arranged differently for small and large groups; see the birthday page.

For corporate gatherings, team days and wellness programmes the courts and the garden can be used together. Yoga sessions and food workshops sit here too.

Whatever the occasion, the food is prepared by our own kitchen; we don't take outside catering.

Corporate days and team gatherings

For company dinners and team days the shape people ask for most often opens with breakfast and carries on across the courts in the afternoon.

Padel and pickleball work well with corporate groups because they close the skill gap quickly; see the courts page.

Send us your numbers and the shape of the programme and we'll plan the spaces and the menu with you.

Planning timeline

For weddings and large events a few months ahead is sensible; September and late-summer dates close early.

For smaller gatherings and birthdays a few weeks is usually enough, though weekend dates are worth raising sooner.

For a first conversation, numbers, an approximate date and the type of occasion are enough. Reach us through the contact page.

Common questions

About events

How many guests can you host?

Capacity depends on the type of event and which spaces you use. Tell us your numbers and date and we'll work out the layout together.

Can we bring in outside catering?

No — the food is prepared by our own kitchen. We plan the menu with you around your event.

Can our guests stay over?

We have six bungalows, which usually covers the hosts and closest guests. For larger groups we can point you to options nearby.

Do you hold events in winter?

Yes. Garden-led programmes work best in spring and autumn, but we host in our indoor spaces through the winter.

How far ahead should we plan?

For weddings and large events, a few months is sensible. For smaller gatherings and birthdays, a few weeks is usually enough.
